Uppkomsten av Landsbygdens st\u00f6dpersonn\u00e4tverk och tiden fram till dess pr\u00e4glades av snabba f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar och ett os\u00e4kert l\u00e4ge inom jordbruket. I och med Finlands anslutning till Europeiska unionen 1995 \u00e4ndrades v\u00e5rt lands jordbrukspolitik fr\u00e5n nationell till \u00f6verstatlig, vilket f\u00f6rde med sig os\u00e4kerhet, r\u00e4dsla f\u00f6r utkomsten och f\u00f6rlust av traditioner – en \u00f6vergripande f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring av kulturen och livet p\u00e5 landsbygden. I och med anslutningen till Europeiska unionen b\u00f6rjade starka budskap komma fr\u00e5n landskapen till MTK och LPA om att m\u00e4nniskor inte m\u00e5dde bra och att n\u00e5got m\u00e5ste g\u00f6ras f\u00f6r att hj\u00e4lpa dem. De som arbetade med jordbrukets r\u00e5dgivningsarbete k\u00e4nde sig maktl\u00f6sa inf\u00f6r m\u00e4nniskor som levde i otrygghet och sv\u00e5righeter, utan verktyg f\u00f6r att m\u00f6ta och hj\u00e4lpa jordbrukarna.<\/p>\n

MTK:s socialpolitiska utskott svarade p\u00e5 budskapet genom att sammankalla en bred och m\u00e5ngsidig grupp av experter f\u00f6r att reflektera \u00f6ver landsbygdsbefolkningens problem och f\u00f6r att hitta l\u00f6sningar p\u00e5 de komplexa problemen. Uppbyggnaden av Landsbygdens st\u00f6dpersonn\u00e4tverk inleddes 1996 med ett bidrag fr\u00e5n LPA f\u00f6r arbetss\u00e4kerhet. Utvecklingen av Landsbygdens st\u00f6dpersonn\u00e4tverk finansierades av Penningautomatf\u00f6reningen (RAY) och Europeiska socialfonden (ESF).<\/p>\n

Verksamheten finansieras numera av social- och h\u00e4lsov\u00e5rdsministeriet. St\u00f6dpersonsn\u00e4tverkets verksamhetsmodell baserar sig p\u00e5 Mieli ry:s verksamhetsmodell.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
